The Official Vintage Club Membership is a subscription service that offers members access to exclusive, heavily discounted vintage clothing. For just $19.95 AUD per month, members can purchase items on our website, all priced at $20 or less.

How do I sign up to the Official Vintage Club Membership?

Always create a log in first by clicking the human icon on the menu bar before you sign up for the membership, this will link your account with your log in details.

How does the membership work?

Once you join the club and pay the monthly subscription fee, you'll gain access to shop our website where you can purchase vintage clothing at reduced prices, everything is $20 or under. Your membership payment is processed automatically each month to ensure uninterrupted access.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by clicking on the membership drop down menu and click on dashboard this will bring up your account details (remember you always need to log in first). There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the next billing period.

How often are new items added?

We will be dropping a minimum of 60 items a week on our website. Monday to Friday at 9pm (AEST), plus follow us on Instagram for last minute notifications for a sneaky drop or three during the month.

I have brought a membership but I'm unable to buy any products?

You may have joined without creating a log in account first, Click on the human menu icon - log out and log back in this should link your membership to your account. If this still doesn't work we may need to refund your membership so you can log in first to activate your OVC account. please email: info@officialvintage.com to initiate this process.

How are items sold?

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This ensures fairness and equal opportunity for all members to access our weekly drops and the sneaky drops.

What if an item I want is sold out?

Due to the high demand and single quantities, items may sell out quickly. We recommend checking the website regularly to take advantage of new and sneaky drops. Don't want to miss out? Turn on your Instagram notifications.

Can I see what items are available before joining?

Yes, you can create a log in and view items that are currently available to purchase, You will not be charged any membership fees at this stage until you sign up for a membership.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the United States. If you're interested in shipping to other destinations, please contact our customer support.

How many items can I order?

You can order as many items as you like, but we do have weight limits of up to 5kg per order within Australia and 3kg Worldwide. Once the 5kg limit has been reached just checkout and start another order. (normally a 5kg post bag can fit between 7-12 items)
